Conveniently located at 58 Exchange Street in Portland's Old Port, Andiamo! Salon is easy to find. When you enter the building, come down the stairs and we're on the left. On-street metered parking available, but if your appointment is longer than 2 hours, we recommend Temple Street Parking Garage. Please note that Parking meters are free until 9 AM. For convenience and to pay/extend your parking meter on your phone, please download the 'Passport' Parking Mobile App Pay prior to arriving!

CANCELLATION POLICY​

We understand that scheduling conflicts sometimes happen, but due to the nature of our services, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy and

REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 2 BUSINESS DAY NOTICE for appointments that are 1 HOUR OR LESS.  APPOINTMENTS EXCEEDING 1 HOUR of time REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 3 BUSINESS DAYS NOTICE. As a courtesy, established clientele will receive an automated email & text reminder 1 week prior to a scheduled appointment. Failure to show and cancellations with less than the required notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of scheduled services. Appointments made within the 24 hour window are considered confirmed. We look forward to providing you with a great experience!​

All services are guaranteed. Notify us within 48 Hours and we'll make any adjustments at no charge within 1 week. We do not offer refunds on services rendered. No returns/exchanges on retail, gift certificates or deposits.
